A Native Floridian, David was born in Gainesville, FL and grew up in Tallahassee. After earning a degree in Economics from Florida State Univiersity in 1992, David worked for the Florida Department of Revenue and the Florida Department of Banking and Finance prior to starting his real estate career in Tallahassee. David started as an investor, buying his own properties and managing them and later as a licensed agent.  In 2001, he moved his family including his 2 boys to Little Gasparilla Island to start his real estate sales and vacation rental businesses.  His expertise includes the surrounding waterfronts and Barrier islands of Little Gasparilla, Palm / Knight Island / Don Pedro and Manasota Key as well as the mainland areas of Cape Haze / Placida and the Rotonda / Englewood areas. David has been active and in leadership roles in the Englewood Area Board of Realtors as a Board Director and Government Affairs Director, President of the Little Gasparilla Property Owner's Association (LGPOA) for over 7 years, Board member for Little Gasparilla Fire and Rescue (LGIFR). David Currently sits on the Charlotte County Tourist Development Council as a Board member and is also a Board Member and Government Affairs Director for our local Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (FRLA) chapter.  Combining local knowledge of both sales and rental markets allows David to offer his cusotmers a single point of contact for any of their purchase or lease options.
